Yesterday I called on Mr. Anneling, First Secretary of the Swedish Embassy and Charge d’Affaires during Mr. Malm’s present home leave. Mr. Anneling, also in the name of the Ambassador, has expressed full agreement with the two projects. 3. I should be glad if you deem it now possible to finalize matters with the WCC, alowing for an early transfer to the funds. 4. Mr. Anneling, moreover, told me that the Embassy is proposing to Stockholm that for the fiscal year 1967/68 at least an equal amount to be earmarked for similar assistance projects to Angolan refugees.
