We are very glad to inform you that we are preparing to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Great October Socialist Revolution in a befitting manner. Besides many other programs, we are planning to publish a symposium in English, French and Arabic on that occasion. We hope to include in this publication, contributions by some of the prominent personalities and men of letters in the Afro-Asian World. It will be a matter of great pleasure for us if you could send us a short article dealing with the impact of this revolution on the political, social or cultural life of your country or any aspect of life in Afro-Asian countries. We shall be very glad if we could receive this article at the latest by the 20th of September 1967.
